Creative Services terms

Payment. Work starts after payment. Prices are in USD and shown before checkout. Website projects are quoted first and may be split into a deposit and final payment.

Delivery. Delivery times are business days counted from payment and your complete brief. Files are delivered on your private order page.

Revisions. Each service lists its included revisions. Larger changes to the brief may be quoted separately.

Refunds. If we have not started, we refund in full. If you are unhappy with the delivered work and revisions don't fix it, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund.

Your files. Uploads are private, used only for your order and deleted 90 days after delivery. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.

AI disclosure. Some artwork is created with generative AI tools and reviewed and edited by us. You receive the right to use delivered files for your business.
