A little more about how Pawtraits works, how we look after your information, and how to reach us.
Your portraits
The Pawtraits Digital Collection is $19.99 (USD) for three digital portraits of one pet in the art style you choose, delivered as three PNG image files (1024 × 1024 pixels). These are downloadable digital artworks only; no printed portrait, physical frame, or shipping is included.
You order on this website by choosing a style, uploading a photo of your pet and paying securely through Stripe. After payment you receive an order reference and a private order page where you can check progress. We aim to deliver within 3 business days of payment and will email you if your order needs more time.
When your portraits are ready, your order page offers the three files for download for 30 days. Please save them to your device. The portraits are for your personal use.
Your privacy
To create your portraits we collect your pet’s photo, your pet’s name, your email address and any notes you add. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your photo is stored privately, is never shown publicly, and is used only to create your portraits. It is sent to our AI image provider solely for that purpose. Only Pawtraits staff can view it.
We delete your photo within 30 days after delivery, or within a day if checkout is not completed or your order is refunded. Finished portraits are deleted within 7 days after the download period ends. We keep basic order and payment records as required for accounting. To have your information deleted sooner, email techrunnersva@gmail.com.
Revisions & refunds
If you are not happy with your portraits, email techrunnersva@gmail.com with your order reference within 14 days of delivery. We will offer one free revision, and if you are still not satisfied we will refund you in full.
If we cannot create portraits that meet our standard from your photo, or you cancel before we begin work, we refund your payment in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
How your artwork is created
We use generative AI as part of the digital art creation process, guided by your chosen style and reviewed by a person. These are digitally created portraits, not hand-painted originals. Product listings will disclose this accurately wherever required.
